Key Experience

He is having approximately 29 + years’ experience in highway construction I worked different highway construction project founded by A.D.B., WORLD BANK, N.H.A.I & K R D C L using state of the art technology and modern equipments and plants. I have extensive experience in highway construction supervision involving huge amount of earthwork, ground improvement, cement concrete and bituminous concrete mix design, quality control measures and geotechnical investigations. Responsibility includes earthwork, subgrade, GSB, DLC, PQC, WMM, DBM, BM, BC, Road Marking, sign board fixing, material statement, man machine and material handling, analysis of rate, quantity survey, preparation of bill for Contractors payment, etc. Also responsible for preparing Quality Assurance Manual (QAM), setting up of field laboratories, testing of various construction/borrow/quarry materials/investigations, interpretation of test results and assessing the acceptability of the same. Supervised installation/production of hot mix asphalt plant, concrete batching plant, aggregate crusher, WMM plant, bituminous works by paver, vibratory/tandem/pneumatic tyred roller. Fully conversant with roads/bridge and C-D works and material testing as per MOST, IRC, AASHTO, BIS, and also conversant with ICB, NCB and FIDIC conditions of contract.
